ESTUN ROBOTICS - Finally, after four years of analysis, research and detailed testing on each Robotics unit; Today we have reached a collaboration agreement with ESTUN AUTOMATION. . We have managed to merge 25 years of experience from MASTER STEEL & SERVICE to attend, on behalf of ESTUN® in Mexico, projects of all sizes; simple installations, to complex solutions.

All based on our specialty:

The Integration of Automated Robotic Systems in Welding, Sheet Bending and Material Handling processes. Supporting all clients installed throughout Latin America; Advising those companies that seek to connect with the future-present, incorporating robotic systems into their manufacturing process.

Automated Welding

We are at your disposal to provide you with the most complete advice for the entire component manufacturing process in the Metalworking Industry. We also offer you 25 years of experience developing Automated solutions for processes related to: TIG / MIG Welding, Hybrid Welding, SPOT Welding, HVOF Metallization and everything related to the improvement in material handling processes.

1

Let's analyze the material flow in your Plant.

With 20 years of experience in the industrial field, and specifically advising Metalworking Plants with manufacturing processes from sheet, we have found on many occasions companies that acquire "additional" equipment to meet production commitments, when in reality, a Analysis of cycle times in the handling of loading / unloading of materials clearly shows that in most cases, the investment has not been the most indicated.

2

Let's automate Loading / Unloading.

In a large number of cases, many of our clients, when analyzing their investment plan, initially prefer not to include an Automated Loading / Unloading system within the Project plan. This until they attend demonstrations, where they see an investment of less than 15% of the total cost of the solution, increasing its efficiency by more than 30%. Even more with "Close Loop" systems

Finally Let's Assemble EVERYTHING:
MASTER FAB ® cells

Assembly Processes, MIG / TIG Welding, as well as High Technological Material Handling and Joining applications, can be effectively integrated into MASTER FAB® Cells

Coating and Metallizing Processes (HVOF)
UNITED COATING TECHNOLOGIES (UCT) ®

HVOF (High Velocity Oxy Fuel) processes, that is, high speed fuel and oxygen spraying technology. At MASTER STEEL ® we have been integrating thermal spraying or metallization processes for more than 15 years, through representation and collaboration with UNITED COATING TECHNOLOGIES (UCT) ®.

These processes were developed in the early 1980s. They basically use confined combustion and an extended nozzle to heat and accelerate the powder coating material. Typical HVOF devices operate at hypersonic gas velocities, that is, greater than MACH 5. Extreme velocities provide the kinetic energy that helps produce very dense coatings that adhere well to the surface to be treated.

HVOF coatings can be used in many industries. Any industry that needs resistance to wear or corrosion, or homogeneous structures, will need HVOF coatings. These industries include aerospace, steel, hydroelectric, oil and gas, papermaking, packaging, agriculture, construction equipment, food processing, and many others.

More information is required visit UCT MASTER STEEL or in the same way contact us and we will advise you step by step throughout the process of development and integration of surface coating or Thermo Spray projects.
