Manufacturing automation integrator for plants in Mexico
Master Steel integrates the equipment behind sheet metal, wire and machined-part manufacturing in Mexico: CNC press brakes for sheet metal bending, CNC wire forming, CNC machining centers, laser welding and robotic welding, combined with ESTUN robotics for material handling. One integrator, engineered around your part instead of a catalog of standalone machines.
- Press brakes and sheet metal bending, TMA technology
- CNC wire forming, BELAN technology
- Machining centers and laser welding, Yornew and Nukon technology

What we integrate
Five production lines, one integrator
Each line below is engineered around your part, your material and your volume, not sold as a standalone machine. Where your process benefits from it, we add ESTUN robotic material handling to load, unload and transfer parts automatically.
Robotic welding
MASTER FAB turnkey cells with ESTUN robotic arms, for consistent weld beads shift after shift.
Press brakes and sheet metal bending
TMA CNC press brakes, from 40 to 800 tons, with optional robotic bending for repeatable angles across a full batch.
CNC wire forming
BELAN CNC wire forming equipment, from simple hooks and brackets to complex geometries and copper or aluminum busbar for EV components.
CNC machining centers
Yornew machining centers and mini-CNC equipment for high-precision cutting, milling and drilling in optimized floor space.
Laser welding
Fixed robotic laser welding for high-volume lines, or portable laser welding equipment for spot repair and maintenance work.
Detailed English pages for press brakes, wire forming, machining centers and laser welding are in progress. The linked pages above are in Spanish today; contact us in English and a Master Steel engineer will follow up in English.
Built for contract manufacturers and Tier automotive suppliers
Metal fabrication shops, contract manufacturers and automotive supply plants in Mexico usually run more than one of these processes on the same floor: a part gets cut, bent, welded or machined before it reaches the next station. Master Steel evaluates the full sequence, not just one machine, so the automation you add in one line does not create a bottleneck two stations later.
As an official integrator since 1998, with TUV-audited safety standards and technology from ESTUN, TMA, BELAN and Yornew, we handle the engineering, manufacturing, integration, programming and startup, then stay on for support and spare parts once your line is running.
Frequently asked questions
What plants ask before automating a line
What manufacturing automation equipment does Master Steel integrate?
Master Steel integrates robotic welding cells, CNC press brakes for sheet metal bending, CNC wire forming machines, CNC machining centers and laser welding equipment, combined with ESTUN robotic material handling where the process requires it.
Does Master Steel serve contract manufacturers and Tier automotive suppliers in Mexico?
Yes. We work with metal fabrication shops, contract manufacturers and automotive supply plants across Mexico, integrating the automation line around the part they already produce rather than selling standalone machines.
Can these production lines be automated with robotics?
Most of them, yes. A press brake, a wire forming machine or a CNC machining center can be paired with an ESTUN robotic arm for loading, unloading and part transfer, turning a manual cell into an automated one without replacing the base machine.
Which line do you want to automate first?
Tell us about your part, your process and your current bottleneck, and we will scope the right equipment for your plant.
