Robotic welding integrator for manufacturing plants in Mexico
Master Steel is an official robotic welding integrator, engineering turnkey MASTER FAB cells with ESTUN robotic arms for metalworking and automotive manufacturers in Mexico. We are not a contract welding shop: we design, build and hand over a welding cell your team runs on your own line.
- Consistent weld beads regardless of shift
- Cell engineered for your part and your volume
- Programming, startup and support included

What it is
Robotic welding: the same bead, part after part
A human welder, no matter how skilled, does not deliver exactly the same bead on part 1 and part 1,000. Fatigue, shift changes and natural variation in hand movement affect the result. A robotic welding cell runs the same trajectory, speed and parameters on every part, which cuts scrap from variation and makes the process predictable.
Engineered for your part
Every MASTER FAB cell is designed around your specific part geometry, material and joint type, not a generic robot arm on a stand.
Turnkey integration
Fixturing, safety enclosure, robot programming and startup are part of the project. You get a working welding cell, not a component to install yourself.
Local support
Support and spare parts are backed locally in Mexico, so a stoppage does not mean waiting weeks for a technician from overseas.
Why manufacturers choose Master Steel as their robotic welding integrator
Master Steel has integrated robotic welding, bending and material handling cells for metalworking and automotive plants across Mexico and Latin America since 1998. As an official integrator we combine ESTUN robotic arms with MASTER FAB welding cell engineering, backed by TUV-audited industrial safety standards. We serve plants running Tier 1 to Tier 3 automotive programs and general metalworking manufacturing, from single-cell projects to multi-station lines.
If your plant is evaluating robotic welding for the first time, or replacing manual welding stations that cannot hold tolerance across shifts, we start with a technical evaluation of your part, your current process and your production volume, then propose a cell sized to your actual production, not an oversized standard package.
See it in action: an ESTUN cell robotic welding long-beam structures on the line, with material handling synced to the weld cycle.
Where it applies
Parts and industries we build robotic welding cells for
Most projects come from metalworking and automotive supply plants that already weld a part by hand and need it to hold tolerance at higher volume. Typical applications include chassis and frame assemblies, brackets and structural subassemblies, sheet metal enclosures, and general fabrication parts in carbon steel or stainless steel. Arc welding (MIG/MAG) covers most of these applications; the exact process, joint design and fixturing depend on your material thickness and the finish your part requires.
Because Master Steel is an integrator and not a welding job shop, the deliverable is always a working cell on your floor, run by your own operators, not a batch of parts shipped back to you. That distinction matters for plants that need welding capacity permanently in-house, whether for a single high-volume part or a family of parts that rotate through the same cell with a program change.
ESTUN catalog
ESTUN robot models for welding
Different load capacities and reach depending on your torch weight and part geometry. We evaluate which model fits your application.

ER8-1450
Compact 6-axis robot for arc welding, ideal for cells with limited floor space.

ER8-1500-CW
Longer horizontal reach for larger parts without losing bead precision.

ER8-2000-CW
Extended reach for large-format parts, with the same torch load capacity.

ER8-2000-HW
Higher load capacity version for heavier torches and tooling without losing cycle speed.
